What types of personnel do we provide?

PPS provides reliable, affordable temporary labor to many industries such as construction, warehousing, and hospitality. PPS also provides recruited skilled personnel for trades like electrical, carpentry, and clerical.

What are the benefits of using PPS?

PPS removes your burdens of recruiting, on-boarding, insuring, and tax compliance, all rolled into one weekly invoice of billable hours. Let us save you time and money.

Do we guarantee our workers?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the performance of any personnel supplied by PPS, contact us within the first two hours of service. You will not be charged for that worker, and a replacement will be sought immediately.

Are PPS workers insured?

Yes. We provide workers’ compensation insurance and general liability insurance for all our employees.

Am I responsible for employer taxes and unemployment claims on employees provided by PPS?

No. For all PPS employees, we pay all state and federal payroll taxes, handle unemployment claims,  process all W-2’s, maintain I-9’s and W-4’s and all employment records. PPS is ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliant and all new applicants must pass the E-Verify system.

Do we background check and drug test our employees?

PPS can provide a tailor-made plan for your specific background and drug testing needs.

Do we send workers to occupied residential homes to perform handi-man type services?

No. We provide workers to construction, light industrial, and many other types of businesses.
