How does the application and placement process work?

Typically, you start by filling out an application and providing your work history and skills. After an interview and possibly some skills testing, PPS will onboard you as an employee. This process includes filling out W-4 forms, I-9s, etc. Once you are deployed on assignment, you are briefed on the job details and can start work.

What are the pay rates and how often will I get paid?

Pay rates vary depending on the job, your experience, and the industry. Payment is usually daily or weekly, and specific details will be provided during the placement process.

What is the duration of assignments?

Assignments can vary from a few days to several months, depending on our customers’ needs. PPS will provide details about the duration of each assignment.

What kind of support and training does PPS provide?

PPS often offers training programs to help you improve your skills or obtain necessary certifications. Additionally, we provide support throughout your assignments, including help with any issues that arise on the job.

What are the safety protocols and measures in place?

Safety Is Job #1 at PPS. We employ a full team of safety inspectors who regularly inspect job sites where we provide personnel.

How does PPS handle workers’ compensation insurance and general liability insurance?

PPS provides workers’ compensation insurance for all of its employees, which provides coverage for on-the-job injuries. We also provide general liability insurance.

What is the process for getting assignments after the initial placement?

After completing an assignment, you can stay in touch with PPS for more work. It’s important to keep your availability updated and maintain good communication with us to receive new job assignments promptly.
